Increasing Number of Owners and Employers Recognize the CCM Designation


There is a growing tendency for owners and employers to list the CCM designation as a requirement, or at least a preference, for services and employment.  And more and more often, RFPs are being issued which request a CCM.

This valuable ANSI Accredited certification program is well-recognized in the field of construction management, and the numbers of individuals entering the program is growing fast.  Currently more than 971 construction managers have earned the CCM designation, and more than 350 are in the process.

  • The Smithsonian Institution
  • The University of Texas
  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Baltimore District)
  • U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs
