CMAA Webinar: Leveraging Web-Based PMIS to Increase Productivity and Competitive Advantage

This program will offer insights into how a program or construction management firm can derive measurable competitive advantages by 1) establishing well defined processes that 2) leverage web-based program and project management software. The presentation will highlight some of the benefits for both the CM organization and the owner organization. Some of the benefits that will be discussed focus on how a PMIS (Project Management Information System) will allow program/construction management firms to: manage more projects without having to increase staff, provide owners with visibility into project key performance indicators, enable a collaborative environment for all stakeholders to work, decrease risk through improved information management/sharing, and decrease project costs without compromising scope or schedule.
