Construction Managers Responsibilities on Successful Green Building Projects
Working on a project pursuing sustainability can be a large undertaking for any project team. It is important that everyone involved understand the common goal of the team and how the responsibilities of each individual play into achieving this ultimate goal of creating a sustainable building. Learn how to handle preconstruction issues, development of management tools, sustainable documentation methods, subcontractor training and post-construction close-out strategies.
