The Hyatt Regency San Francisco is ideally situated on the Embarcadero Waterfront, within walking distance to some of the city’s most famous attractions.

 

Hotel amenities include spacious, modern guestrooms and high-speed Internet access, soaring atrium lobby, lounges, 13 Views Bar and Eclipse Café, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, specializing in classic interpretations of local cuisine. The Hyatt also boasts a fully-equipped 24-hour fitness club, with new state-of-the-art equipment. All guest rooms offer scenic city or Bay views.

 

All reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. After September 8, the Hyatt Regency cannot guarantee room availability or the group rate, but will make every

effort to accommodate late requests. Rooms must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night’s room deposit. Mention the “CMAA National Conference & Trade Show” when making reservations by phone. Attendees who do not cancel the reservation within 48 hours prior to expected arrival or are a “no show” will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate.

$220/single or double room, with state and local taxes additional.

 

Rates are available for the nights of October 9-14. A small number of rooms are available on a

first-come, first-served basis at the government per diem rate (currently $168 per night) for San
