How to contribute
The Foundation Board of Directors encourages you to join our Capital Campaign crusade Construction Managers Building for the Future.
The objective of the campaign is to create an endowment of $500,000 to fund program from the interest - programs that result in original, targeted market and technical research, and initiatives to develop the CM professionals of the future through scholarships and internships.
We are striving for 100% member participation! Remember, your contribution not only support the CMAA Foundation but is also key to the future of the CM profession. To see a list of those that have already made their pledge, click here.
We encourage donors to pledge annual contributions for five years. Donor levels include:
Visionary: $5,000 per year
- Name Recognition in all CMAdvisors and on CMAA Foundation website;
- Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Visionary pledge level;
- Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements;
- Letter of recognition, wall plaque, and donor pin;
- Two (2) CMAA Foundation jackets; and
- Private invitation to the “National Conference Visionary Dinner”
Champion: $2,000 per year
- Name Recognition in all CMAdvisors and on CMAA Foundation website;
- Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Champion pledge level;
- Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements;
- Letter of recognition, wall plaque and donor pin;
- and One (1) CMAA Foundation jacket.
Leader: $1,000 per year
- Name Recognition in all CMAdvisors and on CMAA Foundation website;
- Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Leader pledge level;
- Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements; and
- Letter of recognition, wall plaque and donor pin.
Mentor: $500 per year
- Name Recognition in all CMAdvisors and on CMAA Foundation website;
- Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Mentor pledge level; and
- Letter of recognition, wall plaque, and donor pin to be worn at conferences.
Friend: $50 per year
- Name Recognition in one CMAdvisor and on CMAA Foundation website; and
- Donor pin to be worn at conferences.
Contributions to CMAA's 501(c)3 Foundation, are fully tax-deductible as a charitable expense (Tax ID: 54-1803080). Your support of the CMAA Foundation will be acknowledged on the association's website and in publicity releases, as well as in special recognition at national CMAA events. You will receive a Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements, and will benefit from your identity as one of the true builders of our profession's future.
There are multiple ways to contribute:
- Send your online contribution now!
- Mail your check payable to the CMAA Foundation to: CMAA Foundation, 7926 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102.
- Include payment, either by check or credit card, on your annual membership renewal invoice.
