We thank you for making every effort to adhere to our schedule of required submissions:
1. August 18 One-page session summaries (were) due to CMAA.
2. September 15 (originally September 1)PowerPoint presentation,handouts, and speaker bios due to CMAA. This includes a 4 -10 page (1,000-2,000 word) White Paper, as identified in the RFP. The White Papers are to be single-spaced in Arial 11 point font. All materials must be submitted electronically to mjohnson@cmaanet.org . These presentations will be available online for 30 days after the conference. (All materials submitted for your presentation become the property of CMAA.)
3. October 12 – 14 CMAA National Conference & Trade Show, San Francisco, CA
The early bird speaker’s rate of $425 was available until August 18; the speaker’s rate is now $525. Please register
at our site, ASAP.Some important reminders:
It is absolutely critical that the format of your presentation prompts open discussion to address an idea, issue or vision; it should encourage creativity and maximum participation. Adults learn best by solving a problem, case study, etc
Dress in business attire.
Rooms are arranged in theater-style. You should bring your own copy of your presentation to load on the laptop, just prior to your presentation. You are responsible to bring copies of your handouts, approximately 60 each.
We will provide:
- Laptop
- LCD projector
- Flip-chart and markers
- In-room coordinator to assist you
The Speakers Ready-Room will be located on the Bay Level (2nd Floor) Golden Gate Room; please arrive at least 30 minutes before your presentation for final coordination and set-up.
