The PCM course is a three-day comprehensive session, based on CMAA's body of knowledge, that focuses on the core competencies of Construction Management. This valuable learning opportunity will benefit those in need of sound basic CM skills, as well as more experienced professionals seeking a refresher course or continuing education. This course is recommended by CMAA as effective preparation for the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) exam. It will provide instruction on topics to include professional practice, project management, program management, contract administration, time management, building information modeling (BIM), quality management, sustainability, cost management, value engineering, safety, and risk management. The course will begin promptly at 8am each day and will end at 5pm. Lunch is "on your own" as locations are chosen which are in walking distance to restaurants.
