Marla J. Noel - As founder of OC Growth Advisors, Marla works with businesses to improve focus and processes for growth and greater profitability. She has run several successful organizations, including one that she recently sold for 15 times EBITDA. Marla served on multiple non-profit boards as well as a couple Boards in for-profit businesses. Besides working with her consulting clients, she is a chapter chair for WPO, Women Presidents’ Organization, which is an international peer group. Marla’s clients range from service industries to construction to manufacturing. Her clients say that she helps keep their minds working and focused on the business, versus working in the business. Her 14 years in Vistage and 9 years in WPO have trained her to be continuously looking for tools to help make the businesses run more efficiently and more profitably. Marla works with Predictive Index, to facilitate the hiring process. She is a CPA and an MBA and teaches at Chapman and UCI. In addition, Marla volunteers with Score and Cal State Fullerton to help new or developing businesses succeed.
