Effective and Practical Risk Management Practices for Construction Projects

Thursday, June 11
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

This webinar will provide owners, contractors, and consultants practical tips to identify, mitigate, and control risks on construction projects. “Risk management” can be a nebulous term or a buzz word for professionals in our industry, and is often wrongly assumed to require an extraordinary amount of resources and/or time to implement. This presentation will demystify the subject of risk management by highlighting the most effective risk management practices that deliver the “biggest bang for the buck”. It will include clear instructions on how attendees can get the most amount of value from these best practices, and will also give attendees the insight on some of the most common mistakes when it comes to risk management and how to avoid them. Prior project examples will be provided to demonstrate the practical, real world application of these examples to show that risk management truly is achievable on almost all construction projects!
