The journey toward ultimate transparency in project execution continues. Leading owners, general contractors, and trade partners are increasingly adopting digital twin-driven project delivery strategies. This shift marks a significant evolution in construction project delivery. The webinar will offer insights into utilizing digital twins to ensure transparency between planned versus as-built phases across a variety of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects. It will also highlight how BIM, Reality Capture, and Production Management tools can facilitate the adoption of digital twin practices. For those already employing a visual production management planning and execution approach in their projects, this event presents an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with peers. Meanwhile, newcomers to the real-world implementation of digital twins at scale will find it an invaluable chance to discover their benefits and learn how to implement them effectively within their organizations and upcoming projects.
