Managing Changes, Change Orders, and Construction Directives

Thursday, September 17
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Changes and the resulting change orders and construction directives are common sources of delays and disruptions during a construction project and require understanding and management by the project team. Now that many construction projects are remobilizing and are under new health and safety protocol, navigating changes is more important than ever. The panel includes a construction manager/claims consultant, construction attorney, and owners rep/project manager who will discuss protocol and best practices under an ever changing job site environment.
