Project risks are uncertain events or conditions that may influence a project objective (e.g., time, cost, performance, scope, and/or quality objectives) if they occur. Depending on the project type, teams may need to account for a variety of project-specific risks that may need to be dealt with. This interactive, virtual workshop explores the key risk response strategies, demonstrates effective ways to incorporate these strategies in the project plan, and discusses the recommended risk management practices. The objective is to achieve a higher likelihood of successful execution of construction projects by meeting scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
