About the Speaker:

Nick Miller is the National Director for ARC's Professional Services and Customer Success divisions. In this role, he is responsible for managing the entire customer journey for all software, hardware and services in ARC's Productivity Suite. Nick has spent the last 10 years focusing on document control/print fulfillment for the AEC industry and in the last 4 years has shifted focus to ARC’s tech suite designed to improve project performance. As a tech lover, Nick is committed to helping clients drive and implement paperless strategies for both the job site and the office with a strong focus on process improvement.
