Professional Practice - Role of the CM SOP

Within the course there are eight lessons and several exercises to help you apply your knowledge. Upon completion of this module, you should be able to describe the qualifications for becoming a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), describe CMAA's Code of Ethics that govern the conduct of CM professional practices, define common industry-related terms, distinguish between project and program management, describe contract delivery methods and their impact on the CM/owner relationship and services, explain the legal relationships between the CM and owner, determine which fee structure is best suited for the project, and enforce the terms and conditions of the construction contract. This course consists of two parts: a learning module and a post-test. Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion/ 1 PDH.
