A common problem on projects is inefficient completion process, where the contractor just compiles a close-out list, but the punch list reveals work scope that is incomplete so the project and punch-out operations drag on. Learn how to implement a proactive approach to completion that includes an assessment survey, combined with monitoring an on-going completion list that captures deficiencies so trade work can be completed ahead of the punch list.
