The face of Construction Management is constantly changing. The panel for this session is a group of diverse CM leaders, both owners and practitioners, who will address the human issues facing project (and business) leaders today. They will discuss and provide real world examples and solutions to the issues of today's teams including the changing role of men and women on a project, leading younger professionals, and diversity and inclusion. Also discussed will be how to recruit and retain personnel in the dynamic work environment, and the audience will leave with potential solutions to the issues we are all facing!
