Thumbnail

Operational Excellence can be defined as “doing the right thing, the right way, every time – even when no one is watching.” Developing a model to represent that, in regards to safety on capital projects, is a daunting task. This presentation will address issues such as assessing gaps between what is espoused in corporate offices versus enacted in the field, level of effort required for change, and identify areas yielding the greatest opportunities for safety improvement up, down, and across organizations.
