CMAA2021 In-Person FAQ

Where is CMAA2021 taking place?
This year's conference will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, 1201 Market Street Philadelphia PA 19107. 

How long will the CMAA2021 room block be available?
The special CMAA event room rates end August 19, but you may still make reservations with the hotels if they have availability.

How much will rooms cost?
Room rates will be approximately $285+taxes/night. They may be higher once the room block is closed.

What does my registration fee include?
Registration includes admittance to educational sessions, keynote speakers, access to the exhibit hall and participation in the Industry Awards Celebration. Registration does not include any airfare, transportation or hotel accommodations.

When will the session content be available?
Session information is available now on the In-Person Education Program page. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Requests must be submitted by email to meetings@cmaanet.org. The following cancellation fees will apply: 

Before August 8, 2021: Registration fees will be refunded in full, within a week of the request. Credits will not be held for application toward future conference fees.

Between August 9 and August 19, 2021: Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a $75.00 cancellation fee.

After August 20, 2021: Refunds are not possible, but change to registration type and substitutions are allowed. See below. 

Substitution/Change Policy

Those wishing to change their registration from in-person to virtual-only or vice versa, must do so by email to meetings@cmaanet.org.

Before August 19, 2021: Changes may be made at no additional charge. Applicable refunds will be processed within a week of the request.

After August 19, 2021: A change fee of $75.00 will apply to all changes in registration. Applicable refunds will be processed within a week of the request.
