The construction industry is very diverse and encompasses a wide range of projects and project delivery methods. Selecting the right project delivery method is a crucial decision as it directly impacts project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall success. The different methods of project delivery shift the control and responsibility of the project between the owner and other stakeholders, and as a result, the approach to quality management of the project varies.
In this webinar, the speaker will discuss the seven most commonly used project delivery methods and consider their impact on one key performance indicator – quality. The speaker will share his experience of having worked with various project delivery methods and discuss the benefits and challenges of each method. He will also recommend some mitigation measures that can be implemented to improve the quality of projects for each method.
