The CMAA Future Focus Technology Conference delivers a forward-looking, practical exploration of how emerging technologies are reshaping construction and program management. Built around real-world use cases, the technology track dives deeply into artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle. Sessions highlight how AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, PMIS platforms, and generative AI are already being deployed to improve bidding strategies, streamline workflows, enhance QA/QC processes, and modernize owner and agency operations.
