The CMAA Focus27 call for proposals is now open! 

CMAA's spring conference, held March 14 - 16, 2027, is an interactive learning experience designed to help experienced construction and program management professionals examine the practices, technologies, and emerging challenges changing how projects and programs are planned, managed, and delivered.

The conference will focus on professional construction management practices, with particular attention to how technology, data, artificial intelligence, and evolving delivery practices affect professional judgment, decision-making, coordination, risk, owner advice, and project and program outcomes.

CMAA Focus27 will also begin exploring how CM/PM professionals operate beyond individual project execution, including how they help owners manage multiple projects, competing priorities, organizational capacity, governance, procurement strategy, and program-level performance.

CMAA strongly recommends reviewing the RFP Details and Guidelines and using the RFP Template to prepare your proposal then paste your draft responses into the online form.
