Your schedule is your tool for driving accountability through internal stakeholders, communicating across your teams, and driving practical problem-solving discussions from Day 1 of a project’s inception and through design, procurement, and pre-construction. During this session, presenters will share a case study of a client managing projects solely through consultant / contractor-submitted construction schedules, and how this was a recipe for systemic program- and project-level delays. We will go through the client's challenge and the value our team came onboard to deliver.
