Purpose, goals, and desired outcomes:
Promote an open and inclusive culture at CMAA, specifically by helping to identify programs, speakers, and under-represented groups for exposure during national conferences.
One year, no term limits.
Monthly committee calls (1 hour); participation at national meetings (twice a year).
CMAA member in good standing.
Knowledge of CMAA and general knowledge of design and construction industry and future trends.
Key success measurements:
Progress against charge(s); as reported to the board.
Committee/task force make up:
Chaired by a Voting Director; others appointed by the Chair of the Board of Directors.
Resources available to complete the project or task:
Resources identified by committee as part of meeting charge.
