In the intricate world of construction management, managing client expectations is as crucial as overseeing the project itself. This webinar dives deep into the challenges posed by difficult clients and offers actionable strategies for effective communication and relationship building. We’ll start by exploring the characteristics that can make a client "difficult" and discuss the nuanced difference between their needs and wants. As a construction manager, understanding your role in the client relationship is pivotal, and we'll provide insights on setting and managing clear objectives. We'll also delve into techniques for nurturing and growing the client relationship, ensuring longevity and trust. Recognizing when a relationship is no longer beneficial is essential. Thus, we'll tackle the sensitive topic of when and how to part ways with a client. Attendees will leave with a comprehensive toolkit to handle challenging client situations, strengthening both their projects and professional relationships.
