A Case for an Inclusive Culture, and Why It Matters


Research shows that organizations with inclusive cultures are two times as likely to meet or exceed financial targets, three times as likely to be high performing, six times more likely to be innovative, and eight times more likely to achieve better business results. It’s clear that industries from tech to transportation, to financial and AEC are recognizing that workforce diversity and inclusion are fundamental to growth and long-term sustainability. In this session, the moral and business imperatives of diversity and inclusion will be highlighted. Discussion around the results of a diversity and inclusion survey will allow attendees to take away best practices related to recruiting, engagement, community involvement, and supplier diversity.
