Time Management SOP

This course provides a basic overview of time management and CPM scheduling in construction management. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to explain the importance of time management, describe the fundamentals of critical path method scheduling, and explain how time impacts the project schedule. This course also includes a CPM lab exercise.

Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion/ 3 PDHs.
