This new, 290,000-square-foot, seven-story, Outpatient Medical Center co-locates approximately 26 specialty clinics and services into one location and contains an ambulatory surgery center with eight operating rooms. The project was delivered under an IPD-lite contract in which the design team, general contractor, and key trade partners were all on-boarded and working collaboratively from the start of schematic design.
