The Waitzer Hall project included the construction of a new 144,000-gross-square-foot building and a 310-space above-ground parking garage. Constructed in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, the building features 11 stories with stacked parking integral to the bottom floors. One of MBP's key contributions was their experience with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s procurement process and it proved instrumental in delivering this project.
