Agility in Construction Management: Bending the Rules or a Necessity?


Research is pointing to a critical need for agility in the construction management industry in order to swiftly and successfully react to market changes. Owners and construction management firms are both working hard to understand how to be more agile in leveraging capital programs to achieve organizational objectives such as share price and ROI. This course presents research from owners and CM firms, conducted with CURT, CII, and the preliminary results from an agility dissertation study, as well as conversations with owners and CM firms on key strategies to achieve agility.
