The Cost Management - Intermediate bundle consists of on-demand courses related to developing, monitoring, forecasting, and controlling project finances, including budgets, contingencies, fee structures, cash flow, and financial risk mitigation.
The courses included are on-demand, self-paced, and can be completed in any order. Upon completion of each course, learners will receive a certificate of completion and associated CMCI Renewal Points/Professional Development Hours (PDH).
