The Professional Practice SOP module is part of the Standards of Practice (SOP) online program, and provides the key information and guidance necessary to achieve professionalism within the construction management industry. Upon completion, you will be able to describe the qualifications for becoming a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), describe CMAA's Code of Ethics that govern the conduct of CM professional practices, define common industry terms, discuss contract delivery methods and their impact on the CM/owner relationship, and explain the legal relationships between the CM and owner.
To successfully complete this course and receive your continuing education certificate, you must complete the learning module and pass the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
