Ramping Up with Purpose and Plan

Ramping Up

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) hired Hill to support a $700 million program with over 500 projects delivered or planned. The program is considered a resounding success and a model for other state agencies. These successes were a result of the creative use of delivery methods including design-bid-build (DBB), design-build (DB), and construction management at-risk (CMAR). ODNR did not have established processes, so Hill worked with them to advance the program from administrative (establishing policies and procedures) to training staff to provide project and construction management, scheduling, and estimating. Learn from Hill and ODNR collaborative and innovative approach.
