This panel will explore the CM’s role in advancing clients’ efforts to develop and implement strategies for resilience, to prepare for, withstand, and recover from external disruptions. The nature of the stressors and disruption may vary by region, as may the best strategies for adaptive capacity. How can we support the best long term outcome? What have some jurisdictions and organizations done already, how were their plans developed, and why? We explore this and more through panel discussion and case studies.
