Note - Event Rescheduled to March 5th 5pm to 7pm.

Join CMAA Mid-Atlantic on Thursday, March 5th from 5:00–7:00 PM at Urban Engineers Offices in Philadelphia for an engaging Owner’s Panel Event designed for professionals involved in construction management and project delivery. The session begins with a high-level overview of constructability concepts, best practices, and common challenges that impact quality project outcomes.

Attendees will then have an opportunity to participate in a facilitated Q&A with an experienced panel of Owner Representatives, discussing issues such as risk management, handling and mitigating claims, operational impacts, phasing considerations, safety planning, and broader constructability challenges owners face. The event concludes with an open forum inviting CMAA members and consultants to exchange insights, lessons learned, and best practices from across the industry.

This is a great opportunity to learn directly from owners, strengthen your preconstruction and claims-management knowledge, and connect with peers across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Owners Panel Includes:

Len Nardone, PE - SEPTA
