Meet our Panel:

Adam Goldberg, Mackenzie

Adam Goldberg is a skilled Architect and Project Manager with a wide array of experience across sectors including public safety, commercial office, industrial, and advanced technology. Adam has professional and academic backgrounds in both Architecture and Construction Management providing him with the unique opportunities to have served in roles as both an Architect, General Contractor, Construction Project Manager, and fabricator. Adam has been with Mackenzie, a multidisciplinary Architecture, Engineering and Planning firm since moving to Portland over five years ago and proudly serves on the regional DBIA Programs and Promotions Committee.

Marie Roza, Autodesk

Marie Roza is a Project and Operations Manager working on generative AI research projects at Autodesk. With over five years of experience in the technology industry, her current work at Autodesk involves managing innovative projects that enable the deployment of 'design & make' AI and ML technologies in various industries, including AEC, manufacturing, and product design. Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University, where she wrote her undergraduate thesis on linear optimization modeling. Previously an Emerging Technology Engineer at Skanska USA Building, Marie spent years collaborating with construction project teams and high-tech clients in Oregon to develop solutions that were implemented at regional and national levels. She is well-versed in AI/ML project management, emerging technology in construction, and data engineering and low-code automation; outside of work, Marie enjoys baking (and eating) bread, traveling, and mentorship volunteering opportunities.

Mitch Cornelius, Fortis Construction

Mitch leads innovation and technology strategy at Fortis Construction with a focus on operational technology, information technology, business analytics, and enhancing the company’s innovation program. Throughout his career, he’s filled many roles - VDC, estimating, project management and business process consulting. In every role, he’s kept a focus on how the application of technology can improve the construction process. Mitch previously worked at Autodesk and Mortenson Construction and is a graduate from Brigham Young University with a degree in Construction Management.

Shaun Stuhldryer

Shaun Stuhldryer is a Construction Management Executive, Consultant and Leader with over 25 years of K12, Higher Ed, Institutional & Commercial experience in Oregon and Washington. Shaun brings unique perspectives and hands-on learned lessons to his clients with his background as a builder, as a construction manager-general contractor (CMGC), and a design/build contractor (D/B) experience. Shaun is also an Oregon State University graduate (BS CEM) and graduate of Portland State University (MBA). Shaun is a certified construction manager (CCM), certified design/build professional (DBIA) and LEED accredited professional (LEED AP). Shaun currently works for Otak CPM where he serves a variety of clients in a Program Management role.
