Located in the Downtown Transit Midrise (DTM) zone of Gresham, Cedarline Apartments is a 4-over-1 structure consisting of (117) market rate, multifamily apartments with (3,500) GSF of retail. At the north end of historic downtown Gresham, across from the highschool, and one block from the light rail and rapid bus station, this development utilized the opportunity zone (OZ) IRS overlay coupled with vertical housing development zone (VHDZ) tax abatement to become reality. Come tour this development which represents the evolution of sub-urban product, or urban efficiency in a traditionally suburban setting. Lease Crutcher Lewis is the general contractor, Ankrom Moisan is the architect, and Level Development NW is the developer.

PPE required is pants, boots (sturdy close-toed shoes at a minimum – no high-top sneakers), hard hat, eye protection, and high vis vest. We will have to turn people away in shorts or open-toed shoes. There is limited availability of extra PPE at the site.

Plenty of street parking is available on 10th or Roberts, meet in the Lewis trailer.
