Please join us for a presentation on the first ever public-private partnership (P3) involving a project overseen for the USACE; the Fargo-Moorhead Area Diversion. This will be presented by Jacobs Project/Program Manager, Paul Barthel. The presentation will highlight the history of flooding occurring in the area, the split delivery method utilized, and the lessons learned throughout the duration of the project.
