The complete rebuild of Beaverton High School is the largest project in the 2022 Bond at a cost of $253 million. The new building is three stories tall and roughly 290,000 square feet. Students are attending school in the old building on site during construction, as there is no viable swing school, The new building is located along SW Farmington Road. Once the new school is completed, the old one will be torn down and replaced with a parking lot or other programming. Beaverton High School was the only high school in the Facilities Condition Assessment report evaluated to be in critical condition. The original part of the school dates back to 1916. Construction began July 2024, and the school will open August 2026.
