Join us for a site tour of the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant (CBWTP) Secondary Treatment Expansion Program (STEP). Our first tour of the project focused on the completion of the new secondary clarifiers in October of 2024. This tour will focus on the new Solids Facility as it nears completion and begins startup.

Come tour the I-205 Improvements for the Abernethy Bridge. Improvements will strengthen the Abernethy Bridge to withstand a major earthquake and accommodate a future third travel lane. Once complete, the bridge will be the first earthquake-ready highway structure across the Willamette River in the Portland metropolitan region.

Located in the Downtown Transit Midrise (DTM) zone of Gresham, Cedarline Apartments is a 4-over-1 structure consisting of (117) market rate, multifamily apartments with (3,500) GSF of retail. At the north end of historic downtown Gresham, across from the highschool, and one block from the light rail and rapid bus station, this development utilized the opportunity zone (OZ) IRS overlay coupled with vertical housing development zone (VHDZ) tax abatement to become reality.

Join the CMAA Oregon Chapter for our annual holiday social and Toys-for-Tots toy drive at Broadway Steeplejack! Enjoy an evening of good company, local brews, and festive cheer as we come together to celebrate the season and support children in need across the greater Portland area. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with peers in the construction management community while giving back to a great cause. There is no ticket fee for this event, however we encourage you to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help make the holidays brighter for local families.
