Prerequisites
While there are no prerequisites, CMAA recommends participants have:
- Familiarity with A/E/C industry terms and construction management best practices
- Completed the Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM) or equivalent
- Attended the CMAA Professional CM (PCM) Course (available in-person, virtual live instruction, or on-demand)
- Reviewed the CCM Application Handbook to ensure eligibility.

Educational Credit
Course participants earn 18 CMCI Recertification Points and 18 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). Partial credit is not assigned.
