Prerequisites
While there are no prerequisites, CMAA recommends participants have:
- Familiarity with A/E/C industry terms and CM best practices
- Completed the Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) program or equivalent
- Reviewed the CACM Application Handbook to ensure eligibility, if preparing for the CACM exam.
